Ghee---------- ½ cup

Procedure

Daal ko dho kar boil kar lein.

Itna pani lein jis mein daal khushk ho jaye aur gal jaye.

Ab ghee garam karein aur onion brown karien is mein adrak aur lehsan daal dein pani ka chinta de kar is mein namak, aalo Bukhara tamatar , hari mirch kari patte aur garm masalah daal kar achi tarh bhoon lein.

Is mein boil daal dal dein aur is ko mix kar ke aik taraf rakh dein chawalon ko do kanni boil kar lein chawalon mein aadha sp namak aur thori si sabit dar chini daal dein.

Do kanni chawalon ka aadha hissah degchi mein daal dein.

Daal ko oper phaila dein baqi chawalon ki the oper laga dein.

Ab pan mein oil daal kar is mein long daal dein.
