Ingredients

Chicken-- aik adad ya 2kg

Rice--- 3pao

Ghee--- 1 pao

Adrak --chothayi chatak

Lehsan--- 2 gatthi

Sokha dhanya-- 1 spoon

Onion-- 3

Masalah sab mila kar--- do tolah

Sonf 1 spoon

Procedure

Murghi saaf kar kay is kay tukray kar lein aur aik degchi mein daal dein.

Is mein pani namak lehsan aik gatthi cheel kar sabit, sonf sabit, sookha dhanya, garam masalah sabit aur adrak kay chotay chotay do tukray daal dein.

Pani dalein keh murghi gal janay kay baad koi kilo bhar baqi rah jaye.

Is ko halki aanch par paknay dein. Jab yakhni taiyar ho jaye aur murghi gal jaye to utar lein.

Aik degchi mein ghee daal kar kar kara’yein ab is mein kati huyi onion daal dein.

Garam masalah sabit bhi daal dein jab badami onion ho jaye to chicken kay tukray daal dein aur sath hi pisa hua lehsan aik katthi daal dein ab is ko khoob bhoon lein.

Tomato Rice Recipe in Urdu

Basmati chawal----------2 cup
Coconut milk----------- ½ cup
Tomato ---------- 4 big sizes
Bari alaichi------ 2
Long---------- 5-7
Tez pat ----- 2
Onion-------- 2
Sabz mirch--------4
Haldi----------- ½ tsp
Namak-----
Carrot------- ½ cup
Sabz dhanya---------- 1 gaddi
Banaspati ghee---------


Procedure
Pakane se 15 minute pehle chawalon ko dho kar pani mein bhigo dein.

Tamatar dho kar cheel lein. Piyaz, sabz mirch, haldi aur sabz dhanya ko grind kar lein.

Tamataron ko bareek chop kar ke piyale mein dalein, coconut milk aur namak daal kar kante se mash karein.

Chawal nithar kar gehre piyale mein dalein aur grind kia hua paste in mein mila dein.

Pan mein aik khane ka chamach ghee garam kar ke kajoo fry karein. Kajoo nikal kar is pan mein long, alichi aur tez paat bhi fry kar lein. Chawal shamil kar ke fry karein, tamatar ka pest bhi mila dein.

Chawalon mein itna garam pani dalein keh moqdar mein pani chawal se do guna ho jaye. Darmiyani aanch par pani khush hone tak dhank kar pakayein, pani khushk ho jaye to chulhe ki aanch dhimi kar ke das minute dam par laga dein.
