Ingredients

Anday(egg)---------6
Chini(sugar)------- ½ cup
Choti elachi(cardamom)------------3-4
Khashkhash (poppy seeds) ----------1 tbsp
Khopra (kaddu kash) -------1 tbsp
Ghee-------- ½ cup
Khoya------½ cup
Arq gulab---------chund qtray
Badam, piste (almond, pistachu) ---------as required

Method
Andon ko achi tarah pheint kar in mein chini mila lein. Phir mazeed itna pheintein keh chini poori tarah is mein hal ho jaye aur aik paste sa bn jaye . Ab is paste mein khashkhash daal kar mix karein aur is ke baad khopra shamil kar ke mix karein. Is ke baad pan mein ghee garam karein aur phir aanch hlki kar ke is mein elaichi daal kar chand second ke liye fry karein. Phir andon aur chini ka aamezah shami karein aur musalsal chamcha chalati rahein takeh aamezah pan ke penday par jamne na paaye. Jb aameze se ghee elaida ho jaye aur is mein se khushboo aane lage to chulha band kar dein. Arq e gulab daal kar kisi khoobsurat si dish mein nikalein aur garam garam pesh karein.

Gajar ka Halwa in Hindi- Urdu

Ingredients
Gajar(carrot) ------2 kg
Khushk doodh(powdered milk)-----1 cup
Ghee------1 cup
Choti elachi(green cardamoms)------6
Badam(almonds) -----------50 gm
Piste(pistachios)------50 gm
Khoya--------250 gm
Chini(sugar) --------1 cup
Chandi ke warq-------for garnishing
Badam aur piste(almonds and pistachios)-------for garnishing

Method

Gajaron ko dho kar aur cheel kar kaddu kash kar lein. Badam aur piste bareek kaat lein aik degchi mein ghee garam karein aur gajar is mein daal kar achi tarah se bhunein.

Bhuni huyi gajaron mein chini daal kar pani khushk hone tk pakayein. Ab is mein badam piste aur khushk doodh daal kar milayein aur chulha band kar dein.

Gajar ke hlwe mein khoya shamil kar ke achi tarah se chalyein aur dish mein nikal lein. Gajar ke lazeez hlway ko badam, piste aur chandi ke warq se saja kar pesh karein.
