Condensed milk---1 tin
Chocolate--3 tbsp, small chunks
Cocoa powder---4 tbsp
Coffee---2 tsp, dissolved in 1 tsp of water
Fresh cream---2 cups, Whipped
Icing sugar---2 tbsp
Gelatin powder---1 tsp
Butter ---3 tbsp
For decoration---wafers and cherries
Combine condensed milk, chocolate, cocoa, butter and coffee in a Pan to make chocolate mixture.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from flame and add gelatin.
Bear cram with icing sugar. Gradually fold chocolate mixture. Spoon into a serving bowl or ice cream cup.
Creamy Custard with Pine Apple
Vanila custard---3 tbsp
Cold milk---1 cup
Sugar ---1/4 cup or as required
Fresh cream---2 cups
Castor sugar--3 tbsp
Boil milk and dissolve sugar in it. Mix vanilla custard powder in extra 1/2 cup milk, pour it slowly in boiling milk, mix well, when thickens, remove from heat, pour in a bowl and keep in refrigerator to set.
Whip fresh Cream with castor sugar. Cut half pine apples into small pieces, mix these pieces in fresh cream, spread it over the custard, garnish with pineapples and cherries. Serve chilled.
