Aaro(Peach) Pudding Recipe in Hindi-Urdu

Ingredients

Aaro(Peach) ------1 ½ pao
Maida(flour)------ 1 chatak
Makhan (butter) -------1 chatak
Doodh (milk)-------- 1 pao
Anday (egg)-------- 4
Chini (sugar)------ ½ pao say 1 pao tak

Method

Andon ki sufaidi alihda itni pheintein keh jhag ban jayein aur aadh ghantay tak na beithein.

Ab is mein chini mila kar pheintaien chini ka danah mar jaye. Pehlay zardi alihdah pheintein phir sufaidi aur chini mein mila kar pheitein.

Ab maida aur makhan mila kar andon mein daal dejye. Doodh boil kar lein. Jab aadh kilo rah jaye to utar lijye.

Ab andon, chini, madah aur makhan mein thora thora doodh daal kar khoob pheintein.

Sab kuch yak jan ho jaye to pudding kay sanchay mein yeh madah bhi daal dejye. Aaro ka chilka utar kar ghuthli nikal lijye.

Is kay chotay chotay tukray kar kay pao bhar pani mein aik chamcha chini daal kar 15 minute tak paknay dijye.

Aaro gal jayein aur chini chashni si ban jaye to thanda kar kay yeh madah bhi sanchay mein daal kar ghol dejye.

Ab sanchay ko dhaknay say dhak dijye. Aik khulay munh kay patilay mein nisf(half) pani daal kar chulhay par rakh dijye.

Is mein pudding kay sanchay ko rakh kar oper wazan rakh dijye aur patilay ko bhari dhaknay say dhak dijye. Bartan aadha pani kay andar rahay aur adha bahir.

Aadh ghantay tak pakayein. Pudding jam jaye to utar lein. Na jami ho to kuch der aur pakayein.
Phir utar kar acense daal dein aur thanda honay par dish mein nikal kar is par badam aur aalo bukharay kay qatlay saja dein.
