Seviyan ka Zarda

Seviyan---- 1 kg

Chini (sugar) ----1 pao say 1 ½ pao.

Badam ki giri---- aik chatak

Ghee----- ½ pao

Sabz alichi---- 4

Thora sa zarday ka rung

saviyan recipes in urud

1. Saviyan ko thori si ghee mein bhoon lein.

2. Aik khulay munh kay degchay mein ghee kar karayein.

3. Is mein alichi kay danay daal kar bhoon lein ½ kg pani mein chini daal kar sheera bana lein.

4. Zarday ka rung daal dein aur aik do ubal aanay dein.

5. Ab is mein saviyan aur badam daal dein.

6. Bhari dhaknay say dhak dein.

7. Degchay ko up, down, right aur left hilayein. Pani khushk ho jaye to halki aanch par dam deay dein.

8. Tashtari mein saviyan kantay say phaila dejye. In par chandi kay warq lagayein. Warqon par badam saja dejye.
