Ingredients

Shakarkandi (Sweet potatoes) ------1 pao
Doodh (milk)--- 1 kg
Balayi -----1 pao
Chini (sugar) ---1 kg or hasbay zaiqa
Keora ----1 tbsp
Sabz alichi(green cardamom) -----6
Badam ki giri -1 chatak
Pistah--- ½ chatak
Coconut pisa hua--- 1 chatak

Method


Shaker kandi boil karein aur cheel lijye.

Aik khulay munh kay patilay mein doodh dal kar chulhay par charha dejye.

Aik josh aajaye to sweet potatoes kay tukray bareek kutar kar dal dijye.

Pisay huye sabz alichi kay danay aur pisa hua naryal bhi dal dejye aur sath hi balayi pheint kar dal dejye.

Halki anch par paknay dejye. Spoon chalati rehein. Jab gharah ho jaye to ghot lijye. Shaker qandi ko pees lia jaye to ghontnay ki zaroorat nahi .

Ab sugar dal dejye. Spoon chalati rehye. Chini ka danah mar jaye, pani khushk ho jaye aur sheerah gharah ho jaye to badam aur pistah dal dejye.

Shirah jazb ho jaye, dhoodh khushk ho jaye to keora dal kar dam par laga dejye.

Aik tashtari (saucer) mein kheer nikal lein. Is par chandi kay warq lagaiye. Badam aur pistay ki hawaiyan chirak dejye.
