Ingredients:
Cottage chees (kaddu kash kia hua)-----1/2 cup
Bareek kata hua adrak(ginger chop)--------1 tsp
Red chili powder ---------1/4 tsp
Piyaz (Onion chop)--------2 tbsp
Sabz mirch(green chili chop)--------1
Namak (Salt)-----hasbe zaiqa
Pisa hua garam masalah ----1/4tsp
Ghee ----------1tbsp

Koftay ke Liye
Palak ------------1 kg
Sabz mirch ---------2
Lehsan(garlic)------------4 jawe
Grind garam masalah---------1/4 tbsp
Adrak (Ginger chop) ----------1tsp
Namak (salt)---------hasbe zaiqa
Besan------4 tbsp
Cooking oil---------

Giryon ke Liye
Piaz (onion chop) 2, pisi huyi piaz -------2 tbsp, pisi huyi surkh mirch -----1/2 tsp
Suger------1tsp
Adrak, lehsan(ginger, garlic pest)-------1 tbsp
Sabz mirch( green chili chop) -----2
Pisa hua garam masalah --------1/2 tsp
Pisa huya dhanya(coriander powder) ---1tsp
Cottege,
Tomato(kate huye)---------2
Namak(salt)-----hasbe zaiqa
Sabz dhanya(coriander leaves chop)----
Cooking oil-----4 tbsp

Procedure:


Sab se pehle filling taiyar karne ke liye pan mein ghee garam kar ke piyaz golden tal lein. Is mein filling ke tamam ijza mila kar aik minute fry karein phir cup mein nikal kar thanda kar lein. Filling ko masawi hisson mein taqsem kar ke balls ban lein.


Palak ko dho kar dandiyan kaat lein. Gehri deghchi mein palak, adrak, lehsan, sabz mirch aur namak daal kar palak galne tak pakyein. Palak ke mixture aur garam masalhe grinder mein daal kar grind karein. Bowl mein nikal kar besan milayein aur is mixture ke filling ki bowls jitni masawi bawl bana lein. Har palak koftay ko chipta kar ke chees filling ki aik ball rakh kar koftah bana yein. Karahi mein oil garam karein aur kofton ko tal lein.


Giryon banana ke liye pan mein oil garam kar ke onion dal kar golden brown tal lein. Surkh mirch, namak, adrak, lehsan ka pest, pisa hua dhanya, kate huye tamatar aur pisi huyi piyaz daal kar masalhe ko achi tarah bhunein. Masalhe se oil alihda hone lage to pani daal kar mazeed bhunein, kam az kam 30 minute masalah bhunein. Sabz mirch aur shorbe ke liye zaroorat pani daal kar giryon ko 15 minute pakayein.


Chulhe ki aanch dhimi kar ke palak ke kofte giryon mein daal kar pan ko kapre se pakar kar hilayein. 5 minute pakayein phir salan ko sarving dish mein nikal kar sabz dhanya aur garam masalah chirak dein.
