Ingredients

Matar ½ kg

Keema ½ kg

Ghee 125 gm

Adrak 10 gm

Piaz 125gm

Lehsan 10 jawe

Pisi huyi surkh mirchein 2

Pisa hua garam masalah ½ sp

Pisa hua khushk dhanya 1 sp

Haldi ½ tsp

Namak hasbe mansha

Tamatar 100 gm

Hara dhanya 10 gm

Method

1. Matar kay danay nikal kar saaf pani say dho lein.

2. Lehsan, piaz aur adrak cheel kar kaat lein keema pani mein dhokar nichorein aur aik bartan mein dalein.

3. Is kay sath hi is mein namak, haldi piaz, pisa hua gaam masalah maamuli moqdar mein, pisa hua khushk dhanya, lehsan aur surkh mirchein dalein 1 ½ cup pani mein dalein aur bartan ko chulhay par rakh dein.

4. Darmiani aanch par 15 minute tak pakanay kay baad ghee dalein thori der kay baad matar kay danay tamatar aur adrak kay tukray dalein.

5. 5 minute kay baad aik cup pani mazeed dalein aur aanch halki kar dein.

6. 15 minute kay baad is mein pisa hua garam masalah chirak dein sath hi kutra hua hara dhanya dalein thori der tak chulhay par rahnay dein.

7. Is kay baad aag say alag karein aur gehri dish mein nikal lein.
