Tala Gosht

Ingredients

tala gosht in urdu

Bakre ka beghair haddi ka gost -----675 gm
Black pepper (kali mirich) ----½ tbsp
Oil ----2 tbsp
Garam masalha ----25 gm
Grand garlic ----2tbsp
Ginger chops----3 tbsp
Chili chop ----4 pieces
Salt

Method

1. Gost ke chotey chotey parche bana lain jo ¼ “ mote hon.

2. Inn tukron par thori si chot lagain kar chipta kar lain, adrak, lehsan, hari mirchain, surkh pisi mirch aur namak mila kar gost ke tukron par mal dain.

3. Kali mirch ko pees kar iss ka powder bhi gosht par chirak dain aur gosht ko do ghantey tak rakh dain.

4. Gosht gal jaye to aanch halki kar dain aur garam masalha daal kar gosht ka pani bilkul khushk kar lain.

5. Gosht sunahri brown ho jaye to isey utar lain.

6. Ab aap ka yeh fry gosht taiyar hai.

7. Isey dish mein saja kar lemon ke gol gol qatley kaat kar gosht ke charon taraf saja dain aur hara dhanya rakh dain.

Gosht (begair haddi) ½ kg
Lehsan 1 choti pothi(pisa hua)
Ghee ya oil 125 gm
Kali mirch (black pepper powder) 12
Long (clove powder) 5
Namak (salt) hasbe zaiqa

Method

1 Gosht kay choray choray tukray dho kar degchi mein dalein aur sath hi namak long aur lehsan bhi shamil kar dein.

2 Ab itna pani dalein keh gosht aasani gal jaye.

3 Jab pani khushk honay lagay to fry pan mein ghee daal kar garam karein aur tamam tukray (gosht kay) bari bari is mein tal lein.

4 Oper say pisi huyi kali mirch chirak dein.

5 Tala hua gosht taiyar hai.

6 Mazeed lazzat kay liye salad

7 Aalo kay chips aur cold drink kay sath pesh karein.
